Isola Bar & Grill (已結業)

It was a birthday dinner with the dessert as the surprise (birthday treat). The big lady captain just set the dessert folks and spoons without asking me. It just ruined the surprise and her attitude was even unbelievable. She simply asked if she should remove the spoons and folks. I explained to her and still there was no apology. I am very done with the service like this.
