Got sudden cravings for pizza today so headed over the Exchange Square for pizza at Liberty. Tucked at the side of the bar / restaurant is Liberty’s pizza take out area with a huge brick oven. For lunch there’s about 12 choices of pizza ranging from $85-$95 for a personal size that might be enough for 2 if both persons have smaller appetites. You can also customize your own pizza. The “White Boy” was my choice today: pancetta, mushrooms and a lot of cheese! Toppings were plentiful and pancetta works great as a pizza topping.
Crust was nicely and thin but strong enough to hold the toppings without getting soggy or limpy. Most important of all, pizza is freshly baked and it’s hard to go wrong with that. Liberty has become my go-to place for my pizza cravings.
