It is my 3rd time having this signature pumpkin cream cheese bread.
This is my no. 1 among all the Tardemah bread products.
The pumpkin itself is sweet and creamy. It tastes fabulous together with the not-very-sour cream cheese cubes. The combination of the pumpkin and cream cheese fillings gives you a mouthful of rich taste and it is so satisfying.
I like it the most when you refrigerate it. The texture and the taste just rise to another level. The bread will not get dried even after refrigeration.
The fillings get icy, making you wonder if you are having a piece of cake indeed.
Next time I am trying blueberry cream cheese bread, it looks good too!!
