Among the allies of wan chai I found this small cafe for a cozy dinner. It gave me a few surprises:First of all, it is operated and managed by a men's team! Hahaha, unlike all the other girly cafe, all the staffs & chefs in my sight were men. However, they've put a lot of effort into the decorations and dishes.This interesting name of dish come across to me when I go through the set menu. This interesting name of dish come across to me when I go through the set menu. Then I only realised what is it when I see the picture on the main menu.
That's a very creative dish with interesting combination. However the crab is oily and the pasta is a bit dry. So I would suggest to add an extra poached egg.
The set included daily soup & drink.
The third surprise is dessert! The cafe offer basic desserts, like brownie and cheesecake. While if you ask the staff, there are actually made to order dessert choices.
So, in between Apple Crumble & Chocolate Lava Cake, I have chosen the later one.
It's cozy to have a warm dessert in a cafe hidden in the city for the cold winter days.
