Finally got to try out Dama Noodle Bar! This hip noodle bar is brought to you by the same team behind OBP, where they take Korean comfort food to a whole new and creative level. Pic 1️⃣&2️⃣: Spicy Chicken - $118 hkd 🌶🐔 — This fiery noodle dish is no joke and definitely lives up to its name! The spicy chicken sauce was super flavourful with a nice kick to it. Their house-made furikake helps elevate the flavour and adds a savoury element to the dish. Loved the duck egg on top which added a creaminess

Noodles were perfectly chewy and cooked to an al-dente texture.
Pic 3️⃣: Sam Gae - $128 hkd 🍜
— Probably my favourite dish from the meal and honestly exceeded my expectations! This elevated version of the traditional Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup combined elements of Japanese ramen and does not skimp on flavour. The chicken broth is rich with bold flavours. Personally thought the ginseng taste could’ve been more prominent though. The chicken char siu was unique and super tender. This hearty bowl of noodles is a must order for all ramen lovers.
Pic 4️⃣: Fried Chicken - $148 hkd 🍗
— Coated in a buttermilk batter, the chicken remained tender and flavourful. Made fresh to order and served to your table piping hot. Loved the addition of their house-made furikake on top to give it an extra umami boost to the dish. The kimchi coleslaw on the side was equally as delicious, likewise with the spicy dipping sauce which went perfectly with the chicken.
📍Ambiance: restaurant is quite small and seating isn’t the most comfortable, better for drinks and snacks, staff are super friendly though!
