I was craving for a crispy bun sandwich this morning, Tung Kiu was the first restaurant that popped in mind. Without a doubt, I requested the fried egg tomato sandwich in crispy bun with the fresh brewed black coffee.Bun wasn't an airy type that collapsed after bite. Crispy and crunchy. The fresh brewed coffee was also spot on. Aromatic and nutty. Not too hot that end up tasting bitter or sour. The light foam gave some smoothness.
A small random place but with goodness hidden. Good job.
