Tonight, we were gonna shop around TST so let's start from the border of Jordan! But before doing anything, get belly fed first.   This restaurant locates right at the middle between Jordan and TST, it was a perfect choice for our shopping plan. Typical Chinese decor in simple style, more than half of space was well seperated, won't bother about privacy  As we knew our mouth and lips would be sizzled and hot, we got Sugar Cane and Imperatae Drink! This was a common drink in Chinese restaurants

As we knew our mouth and lips would be sizzled and hot, we got Sugar Cane and Imperatae Drink! This was a common drink in Chinese restaurants, especially in those serving hot pot and barbecue. People conclude that this could help us to relief the "hot". One thing I appreciated was that no ice in the jar! Fresh and sweet (from vegetables), so we didn't worry about the sugar level.

Tasty Green Soy Bean, a bit sour, it felt like marinating with a sauce. Couldn't see any pepper and Chinese anise, so it was not spicy. Really a tasty appetizer and most important is that it contains lots of nutrition like proteim and vitamins.

Another two side dishes, Cucumber in Sauce and Tofu with Red Chili Oil. Cucumber was crispy and high in water content
 The sauce was also a bit sour, the best common flavour for cucumber. Indeed it is easy to make one by yourself, there are many recipes online. Healthy, easy and tasty. Tofu was topped with red chili oil (a typical way for dumpling), pork floss and some spring onion. Very good in texture with we put all these thing together, sweet, spicy and fresh! Worth a try.

Our main dish, Cumin and Mild Spicy Pot with chicken wings, tenderloin, mutton and fresh beancurd sheet. Since we didn't ask about the ingredients in those pre-set hot, we made our own one. To be honest, the smell was really a dramatic presentation. We were both attracted by the strong flavour of cumin (mouth running). The udon was a bit springy. Chicken wings were fried before adding in, that gave a chemical reaction with the cumin. Tenerloin was a bit unbalanced because some of them were tender enough while some of them didn't (even a little chewy) but overall were OK. Mutton was the part I love. The meat was cut into a small piece which absorbed the whole taste of the pot, the smell of the mutton was not strong, acceptable. Overall it was not that spicy comparing with my imagination (I'm a person not that capable with hot spicy). Maybe due to we chose cumin instead of the true spicy.

Believe me, unless you have a large belly, two persons share one pot is a wise choice! Luckily we were advised by the staff while we ordering, haha.
