I am not really a fan of Taiwanese teas because it just doesn't make sense drinking a drink with bits in it.Chewing and drinking at the same time is rather difficult.However the idea of pearls in desserts and buns sound good because it gives it a lovely chew to it and pearls in icecream is even better as the cold temperature makes them more chewy.The buns are filled with custard and pearls!Normally pearls are black but these are translucent brown which have a lovely caramel taste to it just like

It was just delicious together because the custard was not too sweet yet thick and creamy.
Looking forward to more flavours as they could experiment with different custard flavours eg Earl Grey, Oolong or Whatever.
