W hotel hotel has a discount sale where the afternoon tea can be pre-ordered. Besides the new afternoon tea stand, this time they added unlimited Movenpick Ice Cream. The menu stated the drinks are sparkling wine during weekend but actually it also includes one extra tea/coffee drink.You can go out to the Movenpick fridge to get all the Movenpick you want. Their are 4 flavors and I personally prefer Strawberry and Espresso. I totally had 7.The tea set came and it was quite a simple yet colorful

The tea set came and it was quite a simple yet colorful display. Although there was only 1 scone for each person, given the amount of ice cream we can eat, it was enough. Later, they noted the Mango Mochi was not served and they served it back immediately.
Out of the savouries, the lobster and pomelo tart was the best, being the most refreshing out of all of the savory. The Passion Fruit Mousse Cake was the best dessert as its flavor stood out the most despite the ice cream.
In view the afternoon tea was newly released, we were asked about the opinion of the afternoon tea. Overall, it was great, given the price and food, but since there is an abundance of ice cream, there can a bit more savory items and less sweet items for the tea set. However, for $320/person(after discount through preorder), having 7 Movenpick ice cream is already a great deal.
