Loved the Christmas touches on the plate which were so adorable!


Pic 2️⃣: 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 (𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭) - $68 hkd 🍰
— So good! Loved the rich chocolatey flavours this cake had to offer and the fact that it wasn’t overly sweet or heavy either. The mousse layers were silky smooth and really creamy and decadent. The cherry jelly layer added a nice acidic touch to the cake. Was honestly quite surprised to see a mochi layer in a black forest cake, but honestly won’t complain because mochi just makes everything 10x better!

— This took quite a while to be made so was expecting something super good! 😂 Flavours were not bad, but personally thought the dish could’ve done with more seasoning overall as it lacked a savoury element to it and was slightly overpowered by the herbs. The pan seared scallops were really good though, cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The chicken breast was tender and juicy, but could’ve done with an extra bit more salt. Pasta was al-dente and chewy but didn’t have that aromatic black truffle taste we were looking for.

— The soup was really good! Mushroom flavour was strong, and the soup had the perfect creamy consistency to it. Loved that there were mushroom chunks in it too! The tomato bread on the side was tasty and was perfect for dipping.


Pic 5️⃣: 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞 - $55 hkd 🍵
— Decent drink. The hojicha flavours were strong but not overpowering and bitter. Perfectly sweetened to bring out the tea flavours even more.
