Thankfully I tried the apple waffle at the CWB branch first because it was really good.The waffle base was crisp with a slight chewy because the structure is like those honeycomb cakes with capillaries.It was stuffed with so much apple that it tastes like the filling you get in McDonald's apple pie but about three times the amount.Evidently an apple pie overload.
