My loved one got me this lovely cheesecake to celebrate a special day! It was nicely wrapped by a thick paper and then placed into a thin box. There were 3 layers, the thickest layer was the super soft and creamy Hokkaido cheesecake, bottomed by yummy buttery cookie base and topped by some soft yuzu cream. It tasted slightly sour due to the flavour of yuzu, a little bit like lemon to me. There were a slice of milk chocolate with Dalloyau printed on it and some thin white chocolate strips. Flavour-wise and texture-wise it was really yummy! But a price of $88 was really so pricey!!!!
