Chocolate and pears always go well together so naturally the same goes for this icecream.It is a refreshing blend of dark choclate icecream and pear sorbet.The dark chocolate icecream is strong in taste while the light sweet pear sorbet mellows it out.I like the way the sorbet texture is gritty because it tastes like pear puree with real fruit in it.
