Cantonese restaurants serving Dim sums are all over the place in Hong Kong that the quality of the food varies from very delicate (and costly) to mediocre or even poor (yet still very costly). Among them, spring rows and congee were the best.

It is a decent place for dim sum all in all, reasonably priced for food of such standards. Their dinner deals are even more appealing.
