Monster Sushi (已結業)

Monster Sushi does innovative sushi combinations without being overly fussy and expensive. You get a decent variety of sushi  and other Japanese fare and can expect a decent quality dish. i like that they have a lot of seared items and jumbo portions. It's a rare medium-priced sushi restaurant as I find most in Hong Kong are either really cheap or really expensive. This is more to the likes of Sushi One
