Tried the Premium and Standard A4 wagyu sets and the difference between the two was the cuts included. The Standard set consisted of chuck roll, shoulder cut and short plate, whereas the Premium set had ribeye and top sirloin. The sets also came with vegetables, rice or inaniwa udon and dessert. All the beef was from Kagoshima. The beef quality was decent although not top-notch, and that is even taking into account that it was A4 not A5 (I have seen some pics of their A5 wagyu which seemed way t
