Had lunch with booking at 12. Arrived on time at 12:00. Waiter requested the need to return table by 1:30Soup arrived fast. Decent quality but I would consider “meeting expectations” at this price range. Waiter brought the main course when we were still having soup and not finished yet. He simply placed the main course on table side by side with our soup dish. Feels like fast food service ? The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Soup arrived fast. Decent quality but I would consider “meeting expectations” at this price range. Waiter brought the main course when we were still having soup and not finished yet. He simply placed the main course on table side by side with our soup dish. Feels like fast food service ? The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Main course quality was ok but again “within expectations” in this price range. As we start having main course waiter brought the toothpick bottle and placed it on table. Again feels like a rush. Then he took away the olive oil bottle ( why is there such a need ?) all these gestures were disturbing when customers were having main courses.
When main course was done waiter asked if we need dessert. We said no need and he immediately brought us the bill. When we left it was only 12:45 (45 mins ahead of the limit). No greeting when we left. The restaurant was only less than 50% occupied with more than 10 tables vacant. Why the need for such a rush ??
The whole experience seems like having food at a food court cafe. A restaurant won’t be successful even with good chefs. Service quality is important.
