Parma ham and melon, love the ham. Classic dish that no doubt serve along with juicy sweet melon.
Baked portobello,root vegetables,ricotta and tomato sauce. Vegetables provide fiber and vitamins,love the tomato sauce and cheese enriched the favour.
Soup is creamy leek and potato soup with salty cod.
I want easy digest food for lunch , pan seared barramundi Could be the best choice ,with baby spinach and champagne foam. I dont like drinking champagne but the foam(Sauce) taste light and perfectly matched with fish. Pan fried the fillet made it smell nice
Angus beef is for my fd, large portion and medium cook.
Dessert is tiramisu . My fd enjoyed those of it since I am on diet and controlling daily sugar intake amount. My fd said Creamy, well balance on sweetness and sourness, fluffy texture
Finally, It comes with tea or coffee . Iced tea is staple in my diet.
