Tea Time set for only $64 including the drink, Canto style borscht and a ginormous steak for $64. It wasn't filet mignon, but for that price, excellent. Quite a decent gravy to go with. The side vegetables were simple and cooked properly, neither over nor under done. The crinkly fries were the right kind of crisp. Decor quite quirky and fun.
