After shopping in Harbour City, my wife and I went to this Panash. Remeber that, the day before I went to US (a year ago), we came here for the same afternoon tea. No matter the food, services, appearance, taste, all came worse. probably no next time.later, i found that quarterdeck or habuti are both better choice. similar $ but better harbour view.
