何洪記 is one of the four legendary Wonton Noodles family. It opened the first shop in 1946, it moved to opposite the Lee theatre from the street stalls in 1972. The wrapper was smooth and thin, the油條 was extremely crispy.
及第粥 (4/10)The base of the congee was fair, not too sticky or watery. There were a lot of ingredients, but I think it lacked some sesame oil, but in general, it was pretty good.
The only problem with this restaurant at IFC is the long queue. A minimum of 30 minutes wait is pretty standard, but then, I do think the food worth the wait for sure!Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
