Cream was super smooth yet the taste of mascarpone cheese and egg was subtle.
Ladyfinger was not completely soaked so it is a bit dry…
Rum or Marsala is commonly found in an authentic tiramisu recipe but here I can’t really taste any hint of liquor
imo, PICI serves the best tiramisu in town ;)
忌廉打得異常幼滑 不過芝士同蛋味都不太突出 味道缺乏層次
Ladyfingers未有浸透 感覺有點乾
傳統tiramisu一般都會用上Rum酒/ Marsala 但𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻的tiramisu居然不帶任何酒味.... 光是這個point已經fail了
整體來說PICI的tiramisu仍是我心目中的best in town

Not many choices for savoury, mostly toast, toast and toast.
Quite like the sourdough but the scrambled egg was just average...Figs and cheese were matched surprisingly well
鹹食/主食選擇不多 大部分都是toast
Sourdough不錯 不過炒蛋不夠滑
反而無花果配芝士有驚喜 鹹香配清甜出奇地幾夾

🌹拉花好有心思 不過不消幾分鐘就全都是泡沫~~
💬 If you planned on trying out page common then why not spending a night there too? We booked the smallest room type but still it is quite comfy and looking chic. The greenery view was also nice. The only downside is that the drain in the shower got stuck… anyways, I would still say it is a good deal. You can also order their signature tiramisu through room service such to skip the queue( ˘ ³˘)♥︎
