The taste of these tomato slices were really interesting and nothing like sun dried tomatoes which are sweeter.It had a really sharp and strong tomato taste because all the moisture has been taken out of it leaving an extremely concentrated tomato taste.
You can also get them from this new shop in Sheung Wan but this shop is friendlier.
