I live a block away and love this place. The beef brisket/turnip dry noodles are my go-to comfort food for the last year, particularly awesome for a cold/rainy day. Unlike other shops, the bowl of noodles come out with a pile of toppings and just the right amount of noodles (rather than filling it with mostly noodles), the briskets are well marinated, flavourful even without spices, the turnip is always tender, and the shredded cucumber is a nice refreshing touch. I live a block away and love this place. The beef brisket/turnip dry noodles are my go-to comfort food for the last year, particularly awesome for a cold/rainy day. Unlike other shops, the bowl of noodles come out with a pile of toppings and just the right amount of noodles (rather than filling it with mostly noodles), the briskets are well marinated, flavourful even without spices, the turnip is always tender, and the shredded cucumber is a nice refreshing touch. I meant to have it as a well kept secret but recently they slightly raised the price (still an absolute steal given the location), which made me realized that rent/inflation has caught up with them and the last thing I want is to have another neighborhood place shut down! This is a low-key quiet place and can certainly be fuller to keep them running. Please stay in business!
