As I was exploring Sham Shui Po, I stumbled upon this newly opened restaurant. Their menu has quite a lot to offer. What interested me the most is their main dish - Northern Chinese dumplings. If they have it in their company name, then it means it must be good. The outside of their make-shift sign board was what finally nailed me into coming inside to try their dishes. I was super interested in their soybean paste cold noodles ($40). They look like the Zhajiangmien that I've tried before so I ordered that with a side of dumplings from Group A - 4 pieces of pork and cabbage & 4 pieces pork and leeks ($36). Ordering from the tea set menu comes with a cold drink of your choice. I chose a cold soymilk to go with my cold noodles.
The noodles were plentiful. The shredded cucumbers were fresh and made the entire dish really cool. The minced pork with tofu cubes on soy paste were really really good. I would have preferred it to have a darker color that it should be having, topped with chives. But I didn't care about those ad happily enjoyed this bowl with a big smile on my face.

Pork and Chives Dumplings. The skin was thin and the meat inside were given so generously. I would have appreciated if it had less chives but all in all, it was really delicious!

Pork and Cabbage Dumplings. If I had to compared between the two dumplings, I preferred this one over the other. But make no mistakes, their dumplings are their star. They're super delicious, quality made and fairly priced! Not a filler in sight too.

My cold soymilk was equally delicious! It wasn't just a bland drink nor was it a watery like it was some poorly made drink. It tastes like any good beancurd specialty store would serve. The kind of specialty stores that really serves their products from the heart I mean.

Cash, Octopus, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. There is no 10% service charge.
They also have a take out menu. There's just so many to choose from.
There's even a coupon that ends until April. Even without this, I'd still be back.
Oh and their "Photos are for references only" print doesn't seem true because of obvious reasons. Maybe somewhere down the road, but I really hope that's not the case. This restaurant offers quality made, home cooked meals made from the heart. The owner is a nice lady with lightly rouged dyed hair and the (lone) staff is very friendly. The shop is located at a little corner and surrounded by alot of residential buildings and businesses.
Eating meals here while the winds were blowing nicely is just bliss. The locals are really lucky to be able to easily come here and eat their delicious food.
