Started with the Pappardelle al ragu di guancia -
the homemade pappardelle was perfectly cooked and the 24-hour braised beef cheek ragu was rich and flavorful.
For the main course, I opted for the Merlyzzo nero -
the baked black cod was flaky and delicious, and the smoked pepper sauce added a lovely depth of flavor.
