Bumped into this place and was attracted by its name so we decided to give it a try. The place is quite popular as both silver pin noodles and cold noodles were sold out when we arrived. We tried the other two with various toppings and they were all so good. We added pig ear, pig intestine, squid, pigskin and shredded potatoes on our four noodles respectively. We added pig ear, pig intestine, squid, pigskin and shredded potatoes on our four noodles respectively. I especially loved the pig intestine, it’s very clean, tender and no weird taste. Pig ear and pig skin were both flavourful. We also asked for medium spice level and that was quite spicy. Every noodles was fully soaked into the sauce and the taste was so unique that you won’t stop eating.
We also added a few appetizers - Spicy Duck Breast, Spicy Pork Intestine and Spicy Pig Ear. The server kindly put them all in one bowl to save the use of plastics. Again, they were all very appetising and would be great with beer I believe.
It’s so nice that they also sell homemade soup and the packing is so convenient that you could just pour some out and leave the rest for later. Ingredients were generous and the soup was clear.

Price was decent and you will get very full with only one bowl of noodles without any toppings that cost only $25. Gonna stop by there more often when I’m craving for spicy noodles again!
