Starters:
1. Soup of the Day (Pumpkin soup) - Smooth and creamy. Slightly “herbed” and spiced (not spicy) to balance out the heaviness of the cream. Very enjoyable and fulfilling.

2. Salad of the Day (Caesar salad) - The right amount of dressing to give flavour to every mouthful and not drown the dish. The cheese used should be parmesan cheese, which gives a strong savoury and fermented flavour, one that I enjoyed very much and went very well with the freshness of the lettuce.

Mains:
We realised that the our options were very healthy ones, which was a pleasant surprise as it is not common in Western restaurants.
3. Boneless Chicken Thigh - The chicken was lean and fulfilling. The skin and outside of the meat were coloured and seasoned well. A generous portion of sautéed spinach was served with the chicken, which was salty and added juice to the dish.
4. Pan Fried Sea Bass - I’m a big fan of this pescetarian option. There’s a slight crunch to the skin, which is a pleasant contrast with the smooth, juicy flesh of the sea bass. Well seasoned and on the salty side, which goes well with the creamy green pea puree. I would even wish for more puree because of how good it was. The roasted vegetables were soft and flavourful as well.

Drinks:
5. Tonic Coffee x2 - There were other drinks but we went for tonic coffee for its uniqueness. It’s a drink made from espresso, tonic water and instead of using lemon juice, they chose to use lime cordial, which added freshness, acidity and also sweetness to the (non-alcoholic) cocktail. Very nice concept.

There was also carrot cakes for dessert.
