A hidden high quality ramen place in Wanchai. After getting bored with heavy pork bone based-ramen, chicken soup-based ramen was a refreshing change. I ordered chicken ramen with seafood flavour. The Bonito infused chicken soup was delicious! The noodle was well prepared and the chicken char siu was tender and flavoursome without the heaviness its pork counterpart.The dumplings were average.
