Being a glorified dumpling hunter, I tracked down this place and finally made it. Since i choose odd times to eat at, the restaurants are often empty which gives me the time and space to enjoy the food without annoyances or distractions.The lady who welcomed me was extremely friendly, and I placed my order and sat waiting.
