One of my favorite places to go for noodles in Central! Both their soup noodles and "mixed" noodles are fantastic.Their broth is very flavorful, even the plain non spicy one! I also like their extensive list of toppings and the choice of wood ear! The soy milk that goes with the meal is not bad either. I do recommend taking it to go, since the seating environment's not very pleasant, and usually they deal with their take away orders first!
