I hardly ever go to Shau Kei Wan but today since I am going for a hike around here, I get to walk around this place. My friends took me to this fish ball noodle shop, they said it is very famous. I realised it was very famous once I arrived because there were lots of people surrounding the shop, we waited for at least half an hour to get some seats. Since I haven't try this shop before I ordered the combination noodles soup which includes fish ball, beef ball, wonton and beef brisket. I have to say the soup was yummy and beefy. The fish ball was delicious, I think it's the marinate which made it very special; it had a very special taste. The texture was also very smooth. There were two types of beef ball, the texture of one was smooth and the other was rough. The smooth beef ball was tasty but the rough one was full of parsley. The wonton and beef brisket was the same. Next time if I go again, I will probably just get the fish ball because the flavour is very special.
