My boyfriend and I are loyal patrons of almost every Pirata Group restaurant and the experience at Madame Ching has further proved why!We've dined here twice and each time we have been blown away by the flavors of each dish and the friendly service of the staff. We've dined here twice and each time we have been blown away by the flavors of each dish and the friendly service of the staff. The manager, Charlie, is attentive and gracious and makes the restaurant feel very warm and pleasant. He previously worked at TokyoLima, which we also love.
Having dined here twice we've tried a variety of dishes. Our absolute favorite is their Mapo Tofu - which we immediately order along with our drinks. It's the perfect appetizer to start with and has a special twist to it too!
We love the Corned Beef, Cantonese Cuban (my second favorite), Dan Dan noodles, Pork Wonton.... and we most recently tried their Roast Duck which was mouth watering good. All the roasts look tasy.
For drinks, we get the Aperol Spritz which is super refreshing and delicious. We also like sitting by the bartender and seeing the drink making action.
As for dessert, for those who grew up in Hong Kong, the Brown sugar steamed sponge cake with Ovaltine cream will take you back to your your childhood! Delectable!
Needless to say we can't wait to go back!
