The amount of avocado and smoked salmon on the Salmon Sourdough was huge, which was why it was so filling as they are both super foods. This is the best avocado and salmon toast I have ever tasted, as there are a lot of ingredients, and they have added some ingredients in it that enhance the flavor and place it on a higher level that other avocado and salmon toasts. However, the taste is quite strong, so you will still be full and the taste lingers in your mouth even after hours.
