I didn't realize this was new as it was already packed with people.Only found out when we finished as they apologised for the food being slow.The menu was quite good with mini donburis where you get to choose two.+++For the full sized don, I got the grilled salmon which was seared just right brushed with a delicious soy sauce.++++Also had some sashimi and the salmon was sliced generously thick!!!!The drinks mat on sashimi was weird though for presentation and it wasn't needed. They recommended

They recommended the salmon belly for better quality but I prefer the normal salmon as it is not so fat.

Overall, good food, hope they keep the standards because I want to return for the grilled salmon don.
