Previously tried the Wanchai branch and I love their gyozas that I went to the HH branch.The standard is not consistent at the branch because the gyozas taste better in the day when the oil is still fresh.The thick cut bacon was a bit disappointing because it was too fat, I was hoping for something like Gammon ham.Anyway, the rest was good especially the beef which taste like Shanghai potstickers but much nicer because the dumpling skin is thinner so you taste the beef more.The chocolate ones we

Crispy oozing with chocolate.

The gyozas with cheese and tomato were ok and reminded me of tortellini but filled with chicken.
