I did not expect to get anything from Maxim's, but they had these egg and ham sandwiches which looked really inviting because there was runny egg in the middle.There were quite a few of them like that because the egg had not been cooked properly, but I like part of the egg still in liquid form.The colour of the egg was a nice yellow and the egg did not have that old oil taste like they do in Chinese Cafes.The ham was good as well, not fried because Chinese Cafes like to treat them like bacon and

The ham was good as well, not fried because Chinese Cafes like to treat them like bacon and fry them. The British don’t do that, apart from the Chinese people from HK who go over to the UK.
