No dine in after 6 and boyfriend wanted to come over for dinner. As I hadn't prepared anything for dinner, we just decided to order take away at 添寶手撕雞 (English name: Timbo Shredded Chicken) as boyfriend raved about it. With several locations across Hong Kong, they now have a small take away shop in Wanchai. Or more accurately, under the bridge near Times Square. They serve hand shredded chicken along with other items you can add on.Menu is in Chinese only. Everything is labelled in Chinese also.

Menu is in Chinese only. Everything is labelled in Chinese also. There is no English and no 10% service charge. It's take away only. They do offer a very good lunch box deal that costs $35. What you get is a noodle or rice along with hand shredded chicken in any sauce and a box drink. Additional toppings are $8 each.
We decided to get two lunch boxes to go and added $8 each for something extra: braised beef shank and cuttlefish. We both had noodles. Boyfriend had a small amount of spicy chili sauce and he said was fairly spicy. I had sesame sauce. The amount of sauce was enough to coat everything very well. The chicken was really good. Full of flavor and tender with lots of crunchy cucumbers. The cuttlefish was good, firm and fresh. The beef shank was ok and tender enough.
Portions were good and it's always busy. Food is fresh and tasty. Prices reasonable and I'd definitley be back.
