There's only one food selling in Noodies--noodles as you can get hints from its name. But to add variation, customers can have enjoy a bowl of tailor-made noodles by choosing our own soups, noodles, and ingredients. There is a variety of choices for each category and I was a bit surprised to find laksa in this little shop. As a laksa lover, I opt for it without hesitation and I was grateful it gave me no disappointment. I could choose 3 toppings at the price of $55. I had spent some time to make the decision as there're a few of my favourite available, eg chicken wing, tofu puffs, pork knuckles, duck breast. I eventually chose the shredded chicken, spring eggs and mussels.
The soup was rich and flavorful with a strong coconut flavor. A bit spicy but not too strong. Overall, a very rich laksa soup base! Shredded chicken was my all-time favourite for laksa. The portion was generous. Worth the price. Homemade 香橙薏米水 was served warm. Healthy indeed.
Service was good and quick too.
