Came to Cafe Landmark to try their Lobster Linguine. For dinner they have a special set which consists of Crab Au Gratin, Lobster Linguine and coffee/tea. My friend and I ordered the set and Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras to share. Although the crab looks a bit lonely on the dish, theres quite a lot of crab meat inside. It was creamy and delicious. The souffle is baked once you place your order and takes around 10-15 minutes. The mango flavour was rich and not artificial at all. The souffle was smooth and fluffy, and eating something hot and cold together is quite interesting.
Overall a good experience, I would go back again for their linguine or to try the other desserts.
