Finally made it to Holygaw in Wanchai! The Moo ‘Salpicao’(HKD 258) was delicious!! Super tender and succulent with a strong beefy flavour accompanied by a delicious sauce of Asian flavours (probably Filipino flavours considering the chef, Marvin Gaw’s cultural background) and caramelised onions. Absolutely loved the dish and the sauce and softened onions went amazingly well with the cauliflower rice (HKD 38)!We also tried their signature pasta, called Rose Prawn (HKD 178). We also tried their signature pasta, called Rose Prawn (HKD 178). I loved the creamy tomato sauce, way better than the typical plain tomato sauce pasta, each mouthful was super satisfying and the shape of the rigatoni pasta picked up the sauce really well. It also came with three huge tiger prawns that were cooked perfectly and of amazing quality with super bouncy texture and a lovely sweet flavour. Would highly recommend getting this for sharing, as it could be quite filling for just one person considering the creamy sauce, it also tasted best when still warm, so do dig in ASAP!
