Yuen Long always has a lot of various street eats. Upon walking about we found this place called 賀苗記包點. It served freshly prepared pan fried bao: sheng jian bao.It's a small shop but it was pretty popular. We arrived when they were just creating a new batch.Menu is in Chinese only but they do have photos of what they sell. It's take away only so there is no 10% service charge. They also sell various mantou as well.We got two bao at $6 each. As they were fresh from the pan, they were piping hot!

We got two bao at $6 each. As they were fresh from the pan, they were piping hot! The bao was so fluffy and not oiy at all like some places. The pork inside was so delicious. Juicy and flavorful. There was a lot of soup enclosed in it as well.
This was so good! Will definitely be back if in the Yuen Long area.
