One of the best ramen shop in Yuen Long. And my favourite ramen in this shop is black truffle ramen !The soup contains the smell of black truffle and it is a perfect match with the ramen soup. The taste of black truffle ramen is very unique that you may not be able to it in another shop. So I recommend this ramen ( in Chinese 山松焰) to you all. I like this more than the shop"a traditional ramen.
