Tonight, my friend took me to this new Korean restaurant at H8. She saw the leaflet during lunchtime and found it quite amusing so she took me there tonight. The place is very modern with a mixture of white and blue colour. The atmosphere is comfortable and felt like home. After looking through the menu, I realised that my friend was amused by the name of the food. 🍜Buckwheat noodles with sweet and sour sauce:
I love this types of cold noodles, they were stretchy and had strong flavour. The sauce was sweet and sour with a bit of sesame flavour as well. This dish is great for the current weather because it's nice and cool.
🐮Braised beef short rib:The short ribs were just delicious! I love the special sweet sauce that they used to cook it, the flavour was fantastic! The texture of the short rib was also amazing, it was soft and tender, it was so smooth. The mashed potato was so yummy, it was smooth and buttery. There were also mushroom, carrot, onion pickle and baby vegetables, they were seasoned perfectly. I really like these short ribs!
🐙🐚Seafood pancake:We were amazed with this pancake because it was quite different compared to the one that we normally eat. The one that we normally eat made with flour but this one was made with potato. This pan-fried shredded potato pancake was crunchy! I quite like it because I love potato and it was crispy. There were also a lot of seafood in the middle such as clam, octopus and scallops. They were all soft and easy to chew. But most importantly is the chilli sauce, this special sauce lift up the flavour of the pancake.
The staff gave us their card and we enjoyed playing with it.😁😁😁
