My friend and I love wagyu beef very much so we always search where we can eat it. This restaurant was on the top of our list and it is very hard to book. There are only two time slot which is 5:30 or 7:30. We arrived at around 6 and ordered straight away. Every set came with three appetizer, my favourite was the beef tartare! It was soft and tender. The A3 wagyu beef were presented in front of us. They were beautifully sliced. One of the staff cooked for us and the beef was cooked perfectly! They were tender and juicy, after a bite, it just melt in my mouth. We got a bowl of rice to go with the beef but then realised there were udon as well. After finishing the veggie and udon, we were so full.
The dessert was delicious as well, I like the white dough with red beans.
