A delightful dinner. Truly I can’t think of a better season to have Piedmontese cuisine than now when Alba white truffles are in season! As we stepped into the establishment, we were already immersed in the alluring scent of the golden, aromatic tubers 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 Our server of the night was particularly generous, shaving us extra portions of gold nuggets over our homemade “panzerotti” ravioli, so much so that she said she would have lost her job any minute as she served us - God bless her 🥹 Anoth
