Sceptical as we haven't been too impressed with most of the eating places in the mall but we thought we'd give it try since we were in area. Firstly word of advice, take the lift from ground to 12th floor otherwise you'd be going up 4 huge long escalator to get to the place. Lunch was busy and it's not surprising as food was served quick and place was relatively comfortable. We ordered quickly as we knew what we wanted. Firstly Mr.Laska famous special Laska. Lunch was busy and it's not surprising as food was served quick and place was relatively comfortable. We ordered quickly as we knew what we wanted. Firstly Mr.Laska famous special Laska. The broth was creamy and coconut rich with fresh seafood that consisted of large King prawns, clams, fish balls and dried tofu. I haven't been too Singapore to try the real deal but from what I've been told this is pretty close. We also went for the Hainanese chicken with Laska noodle broth. The chicken was smooth and tasted delicious, but what made it extra special was the dipping sauce. Half sweet thick soya and half spicy and sour coriander mix, it was too die for. We also went for the boneless chicken feet in spicy and sour marinade served cold (the portion sizes where very generous) and to wash it all down ice lemon tea.
A nice touch was they served little cupcakes in tin foil at the end for every customer for free and it delicious with touch of cinnamon flavours.
As lunch goes this place ticks all the boxes, the area was clean and there was not much waiting time.
