Had an early Chinese New Year Eve gathering with my girls, some recommended a French cuisine restaurant because they fancy about their 5 course Dinner set ($480) and it does looked tempted. Restaurant location behind Lee Garden, like about around 5-10 mins walk, not a best location.It decorated stylish and cozy, seems like a great place for romantic occasion. For wine, we are more preferring white wine, and they have recommended a sweeter wine, really suit our taste.

For starter, they have four choices and I have chosen the Lobster Tartare with Sun-Dried Porcini Salad, It combined both steamed and raw lobster meat and slices of fresh fruit, I really enjoy the freshness and the flavor of the porcini slice.

For soup, Cream of Crab Meat Saffron & Cabbage Soup, a bit of worry the fishiness of the crab, but it turned out quite good and loving the crab meat and the sun-dried cabbage slice inside the soup,
The soup is little bit lack of flavor, but a pinch of pepper help reverse it.
Sun-drying help intense the flavor and it taste like some kind of mushroom~~~

Anyway… the manger told us that the soup and crab meat are make and pick out from Flower Crab every day. You can always feel the passion from a good dish.


There is the berry sorbet, refreshing between the starter and the main course~

Charcoal Grilled Australian Wagyu Rib Eye with Red Wine Sauce (Medium)
Grilled quite a successful medium, crispy outside, tender inside and not over-cooked,
Side dish with a green bean and cream potato, it is fresh and flavored, especially the cream potato, really enjoy the creaminess flavor, nom nom nom~

DINGDINGDING~ for the dessert time, Serradura Pudding, whipping cream has a stronger vanilla flavor, and not only with Marie cookies but also have chocolate cookies,
so much better than the ordinary recipe
