PMQ Taste Kitchen is an incubator for local chefs to actualize their dream and vision in local food and beverage industry. Dessert was a Roselle consomme, mochi, date and ginger. We ordered Pu’er tea ice cream sandwich, but since these two items are printed on the same line on the menu, we were served these mochi instead…It was a bit disappointing. The mochi was nice, but the other stuff weren’t quite what we wanted…The roselle was quite sour too…
The restaurant has a great fine dining vibe with all the wine bottles on the shelves as decoration. It got pretty busy after 8pm on a Friday night when we visited, so make sure you make a reservation or visit early.
