To be honest I went here because I saw pictures of some appetizer served in an ice crystal.The views are ok but Hong Kong buildings are constantly under construction.Started with the duo of crab which was served in a stunning ice crystal.The crab was sweet complimented by the buttery avocado and tropical fruits.Then we had the red prawn carpaccio and the taste of red prawns never fail.It had a nice briny taste with a hint of lemon and olive oil.One of the mains was the French duck Magret and it

It had a nice briny taste with a hint of lemon and olive oil. One of the mains was the French duck Magret and it was very meaty and tasted like beef. The homemade Kamut wheat spaghetti was really good because the sauce was rich and the spaghetti was healthy with lots wheat in it that gave it an interesting texture. The New Zealand lamb shank was guaranteed to be soft as it was cooked using the sous vide method.
